- Based in Villawood
- Based on-site full-time | Monday to Friday | 7AM to 3PM

We are currently seeking** **a superstar who can work with our client in Villawood as an Asset Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible and accountable for the delivery of the Contractual related provisions to the customers.
- As an Asset Officer, you’ll be responsible for the efficient management of Asset data, Asset disposal and data at the site as required.
- As the Asset Officer, you’d be expected to perform general facilities maintenance duties when required along with other staff and functions within the Facility Maintenance team to ensure compliance with the current contract. Including contractor allocation and close-out tasks
- The position requires fluent and productive input into the FM on-site as directed by the Asset Manager.
- Day-to-day operation of their central system MRI and maintenance, including task close-out of Work Orders.
- Support in updating the Asset Register to ensure compliance, including asset condition reporting, site inspections with the Supervisor and updates.
- Scheduling and allocations within defined parameters in all contractor needs as required with the support of the Asset Manager

**Experience and Qualifications required**:

- Driver’s licence
- Medium to a high-level understanding of MS Excel and or computerised maintenance programs.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
