As the asset officer, you will be responsible for ensuring all assets are updated onto the register

**Your new role**

As the Assets Officer, you will be part of the property team working closely with the property, maintenance and facilities team ensuring all assets are recorded correctly and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring scheduled and re-active maintenance are recorded, asset acquisition and disposals are updated and reports created to assist with SAMP, CAPEX and OPEX budgeting.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the asset lifecycle of property assets, an attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding of the various types of property assets.

**What you'll get in return**

This will initially be a temporary role with a potential for extention based in Western Sydney.
