**The Division**

The Customer Strategy and Technology team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.

**The opportunity**

Right now, we have a 12 month fixed term full time contract opportunity for a Digital Asset Officer to join our Brand & Marketing team based at Elizabeth Street Office.

TfNSW offers hybrid/flexible working arrangements with a balance of office and work from home options.

If successful, you will be responsible for the management and promotion of Transport’s photography and moving image files, as a key brand asset. We’re looking for a Digital Asset Officer who can build on an existing system to improve the user experience and promote it across the business as a key tool for accessing Transport’s rich visual database.

With strong technical knowledge of Digital Asset Management Systems, you are also an excellent communicator and collaborator, who understands the power of visual language. You know the value of good metadata. This is a great opportunity to work with stakeholders from all across Transport.

**What you will be involved in,**
- Work within the Brand and Creative Services team to provide the business with an effective Digital
- Assets Management system that allows storage and access to visual assets (still and moving), whilst delivering on legislative commitments to preserving archives of State significance.
- Monitor and ensure appropriate accessibility, protection and preservation of media records, including video and visual content.
- Support the management and organisation of content media libraries, and promote their use across the Transport cluster
- Manage the digital assets library and ensure data management of files is maintained.
- Maintain key stakeholder contacts to ensure effective flow of information and relevant content as required.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in curating and editing photographic collections for marketing and communications needs.
- Extensive experience in all areas of records management with an emphasis on analysis, appraisal, storage and disposal experience in a large multi-disciplined organisation.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7 ($108,770.00 - $121,822.00) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
