Workforce Analyst job opportunity in a state government organisation for 3-month contract

**Your new company**

Your new company is a state government organisation that requires a Workforce Analyst to join their team on a 3-month contract with probable extension.

**Your new role**

Your new role will see you support multiple large scale projects from workforce planning through analytics and reporting. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- This role sits within the resource management team within people insights in the P&C team.
- Focused on resources and people planning on infrastructure projects.
- For example this organisation has multiple ongoing projects and this role supports the planning as to how many resources should go on to that particular project, and then how does the organisation mobilise them on to other projects.
- This role will also provide systems training and train those with licences on how to use the system (Saviom).
- Get involved in project work including system automation and system improvements
- Perform regular environmental scans and research analysis and collate, analyse and provide advice for improvements that can be achieved.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong data analysis skills, ideally within people data.

**What you'll get in return**

In return for this role you'll receive a daily rate of $600 + super. This contract is for 3 months with probable extension.
