**About the role at Commonwealth Bank**
As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will join the Workforce Performance & Reporting team within our Business Banking Services (BBS) space. Business Banking Services (BBS) offer a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers.
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- HR Analytics and Advisory - Record, track, and analyze human resource metrics to drive insights and recommendations for policies, processes, and systems
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives
