Workforce Planning Analyst required to provide analytics and reports to the Workplace Relations Branch

**Your new company**

You will be working for a leading Government agency, who provide invaluable support to the NSW community.

**Your new role**
- Provide expert and insightful analytical, modelling and forecasting functions for the Workplace Relations branch
- Develop specialised reporting tools to enable the Workplace Relations Team to model, evaluate and predict impact and outcomes of policy change, and potential award reforms.
- Develop sophisticated reports and data models that support the investigation and analysis of award performance
- Provide expert and strategic advice and recommendations on reporting improvement options at local and system level.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification and/or extensive work experience in an appropriate discipline.
- Highly developed and contemporary knowledge and skills in advanced analytics and activity modelling and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex data analysis and reporting environments, programs or projects.
