We’re working with a global workforce specialist that helps people maintain healthy and productive lives while living and working away from home. This company provides over 14,000 rooms throughout Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Western Australia. This global company has regional operations in Australia, the United States and Canada with a combined total of over 33,000 rooms.

Your new role_**

The Commercial Analyst will report to the National Commercial Manager, Supply Chain & Retail, and will focus in Supply Chain business support. This is a business partnering role, primarily responsible for analytical support to the Procurement team to enable and promote fact-based, insight-rich, financial benefit focused business decisions.

This positions main aim will be to establish and develop best-practice processes and templates for a pro-active and efficient analytical support to procurement decisions.

If you have a strong background in FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, have experience in FMCG and have the confidence and ability to proactively suggest ways to increase profitability this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll need to succeed_**
- To be successful, you will have the below qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in business, commerce, engineering, information systems
- CPA/CA qualified
- Excellent understanding of accounting processes, and data flows from transactional system modules to GL reporting
- Experience with large, matrix style business
- Experience with high volume product level analysis
- Strong business partnering skills
- A forward thinker, self-driven with a genuine interest to make a front-end business impact
- Can build complex financial models but be able to communicate financial insights and commercial recommendations in a simple and presentable manner
- Can set and achieve deadlines
- Database skills such as SQL, MS Access (bonus but not mandatory)
- Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
