**Your new company**
NSW State Government organisation based in Parramatta, with flexibility to work from home 3 days per week

**Your new role**
- Develop, maintain and collate workforce and statistical reports to provide workforce data and reports, to enable timely and quality responses to ad hoc requests from the business.
- Develop analytics within the constraints of the existing workforce system
- Prepare regular reports on corporate Key Performance Indicators and business metrics for key senior stakeholders to support informed decision making on matters relating to the workforce.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have experience within HR Analytics or Workforce Planning
- You will have knowledge and understanding of know SAP, SuccessFactors and how to maintain establishment data.
- You will be immediately available and based in Sydney - able to attend office in Parramatta 2 x a week.

**What you'll get in return**
- Initial 2 month assignment, with potential to extend.
- Be a part of a large, government organisation.
- Hourly rate of up to $54 per hour + super.
