About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for workforce optimisation in complex 24/7 environments? We're seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to deliver a critical project focused on discovery, scoping and modelling across diverse operational teams.

This contract will drive a comprehensive workforce planning review, including:

  • Discovery and scoping across SLA/contractual commitments, shift activities and skill levels.
  • Scenario testing and modelling to identify the most productive and supportive 24/7 roster structures.
  • Analysis of customer/client deliverables and time commitments for roster management.
  • Evaluation of leave planning, base FTE requirements, and casual workforce utilisation.
  • Assessment of ad hoc customer requests and roster adaptability.
  • Recommendations for roster changes based on best practice and legislative alignment.
  • Insights into staff utilisation and sick leave trends.

*Please note this is a fixed term 6-month role.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience in a 24/7 roster or logistics environment (e.g. transport, airlines, hospitals).
  • Strong workforce modelling and scenario testing capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of legislative conditions and how to apply them.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in time and attendance systems.
