About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Wholesale for Nude Lucy to support our international expansion efforts as well as drive partnerships with key Australian retailer majors in our sector.
You will be responsible for setting and delivering our wholesale sales strategy across our domestic business as well as international markets. You will work with our agency partners to build and maintain retail relationships to drive company revenue, maintain profitability, and ensure operational efficiency across the department. This pivotal role not only focuses on achieving sales targets but also ensuring seamless operational integration between sales and production, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding our market reach internationally.
**Snapshot of Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the General Manager, you will set and establish sales and target market strategies with National Retail customers and develop new business opportunities.
- You with partner with our international sales agents to lead our market entry into the US and identify opportunities for growth in other territories.
- Proactively Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive market expansion.
- Build and maintain a direct relationship with key majors such as David Jones AU
- Utilise data to understand, interpret your retailer’s performance and take a proactive approach to providing solutions and identifying opportunities.
- Integrate Customer Marketing initiatives in alignment with GTM Calendar
- Ensure the brand is represented in line with our brand guidelines, in the marketplace at all times.
- Work cross functionality with all internal stakeholders, including production and supply chain teams to ensure we meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and build relationships at all levels
**You will need to have the following**:
- Extensive wholesale sales experience, ideally in a vertical fashion related business; working with the retail majors and their buyers is critical.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, you take pride in this and are an ambassador at all times.
- A strong work ethic and can work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision making and planning.
- International wholesale experience preferred.
