We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Speedo team. Reporting directly to Head of Marketing, this is a supportive role across the Speedo marketing department assisting in the delivery of annual marketing plans and content across the key channel of wholesale and retail for Australia and New Zealand. The role will trade marketing delivery and will co-ordinate brand communications for in store campaigns managing the marketing materials and assets to support Speedo sales team in 3rd party wholesale marketing.

**The role involves but is not limited to**
- Lead the delivery online brand marketing communications to inspire people to swim and drive engagement with the fitness consumer.
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies for brand growth in line with Speedo guidelines.
- Copywriting for social and online marketing channels.
- Analyse/monitor brand social media presence and set targets.
- Support the Speedo sports marketing team with maximising sponsorships and Olympic and Paralympics ambassador activations.
- Support exposure of all Speedo marketing assets including Olympics and Paralympics through PR and channel (online, retail and trade) activation plans.
- Support the delivery of Speedo Marketing Calendar Activations across for Speedo’s channels across Australia and New Zealand
- Support the delivery of annual marketing plans and content across the key channels of Online, Social and Trade for Australia and New Zealand.

**What you will bring to make this job yours**
- Strong understanding of marketing deliverables and how to achieve outcomes
- Ability to copy write for multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of the sport and swimming industries.
- Social Media management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM, SEO, SEM roven track record in meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
- Well-developed computers skills for reporting and group presentations
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills coupled with a fun and personable disposition that truly exudes the Speedo lifestyle
- Excellent customer liaison skills, both face to face and over the phone
- High attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to your work
- Results focussed and proactive with a flexible approach to work practices
- 2 -4 years previous experience in a marketing department or agency with experience working in different functions including Social Media and PR.
- Business based qualifications an advantage but not essential
