**About The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a driven, pro-active professional to join our Australian Team, the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine. In this role you will play a crucial role supporting our clients during the renewal process.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Commercial Coordinator will assist the Australia region sales teams across a variety of areas. Key to the position’s success will be to achieve Annual Licence Fee and Subscription renewal rates in Australia in line with approved budgets. The incumbent shall also be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the company CRM (NetSuite).
- Liaise with clients to determine requirements for upcoming renewals and secure ALF and Subscription Renewals
- Effectively provide management during the renewal process including reviewing purchase orders, contractual requirements, pricing and required paperwork.
- Maintain all information in our CRM.
- Provide other generalist support to the wider sales team.

**About You**

This role will be ideal for someone with an accounts payable / receivable background. Also, strong telemarketers or other relevant professions will be considered.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Excellent Phone Manner.
- Ability to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven persuasion and negotiation skills
- Accounts payable / receivable experience is a nice to have.
- Experience in a telephone-based sales / outreach role would be relevant.
