**Description**:
Powertech Pty Ltd is an Electrical Engineering Services Provider delivering HV/LV & E&I testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance and engineering services to our clients in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Renewable Energy and Defence sectors across Australia and SE Asia.

**Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare and administer commercial contracts, subontracts, MOU's, JV's and supplier agreements.
- Lead commercial aspects of Tender/Bid Processes.
- Assist with maintaining, developing and improving commercial policies, processes and procedures to support the commercial and contract activities across the business.
- Facilitate and coordinate the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initiation to execution and closeout.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to enusre compliance with contractual obligations.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- A tertiary qualification Bachelors Degree in legal/commercial law or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience (e.g. 3-4 years) in contract administration, coordination or a smilar role.
- Above average level of written and verbal communication, influencing and contract negotioation skills.
- Good knowledge of commercial contracting principles standards and laws.
- Good knowledge of quality assurance processes to meet ISO 9001.
- Ability to consult and liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and build sustainable relationships.
- Competent in Microsoft suite of programs.
