**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**: Own and manage the entire tender process, from coordinating responses from key stakeholders to ensuring submissions are professional, concise, and on time.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and feedback. Facilitate smooth communication across departments to ensure that tender documents meet all requirements.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and complete, flagging any issues or concerns as they arise, and addressing them proactively.
- **Commercial Analysis**: Provide analytical support to the commercial team as needed, assisting with data analysis and reporting on key business metrics.
- **Supportive Role**: Offer additional support to the commercial department on various tasks, helping to drive commercial success.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with various teams and departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Commercial experience, particularly in tender or bid management, is highly advantageous
