**Description**:
The Marketing Administrator supports the marketing department for Bright & Duggan Group and all associated brands, ensuring alignment with our national marketing objectives.
This role would suit an extremely organised person with outstanding time management skills, who is hands-on, has exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career within the company.
You will have the chance to work with a dynamic team, gain exposure to various aspects of marketing, and contribute to the growth and success of Bright & Duggan Group. We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges in this busy role.
**About the role**:
Maintaining the Group’s websites to ensure content is current and backend forms are updated
Maintaining, updating and scheduling social cross channels.
Managing product and Google reviews.
Managing EDM platform and mailing lists.
Maintaining collateral levels and ordering merchandise.
Events researching and related booking administration.
General assisting with internal and external events.
Maintaining image and collateral libraries for multiple brands.
Coordination and administration of online forms and templates
Contribute to new marketing initiatives, research, develop and continually strive for improvement.
Review, establish and maintain effective administrative and filing systems
Managing all departmental administration and providing support as needed.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Degree qualified preferably in Marketing or Communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams.
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience in social media management, including scheduling.
Positive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
Effective planning, time management, and organisational skills and the ability to manage competing
