**Stone | Crows Nest** is looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their highly respected, award winning team in the role of
**Property Officer / Leasing**.

You'll be working alongside three highly skilled and professional senior property managers who are ready to impart their wealth of knowledge to grow and develop you in your role. **Your duties will include**:

- Work alongside Senior PM's throughout 2 office locations;
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting ingoing inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A high attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
- A valid driver’s license.
