**Destination/ Roadmap**

Great River City Light Rail (GRCLR) consortium has been engaged by Transport for NSW to deliver the Supply, Operate and Maintain (SOM) contract for Parramatta Light Rail (PLR) Stage 1. GRCLR is a joint venture of Transdev Australasia Pty Ltd (70%) and CAF Rail Australia Pty Ltd (30%).

The Operational Documentation Coordinator is a newly created role and will be responsible for undertaking and supporting the development, management and review of the GRCLR Operational Documentation. This role reports to the Operational Readiness Manager.

**Missions**

The Operational Documentation Coordinator will
- Liaise and coordinate with GRCLR Operational Team to manage all deliverables and ensure they are delivered on time by the SME.
- Support the wider GRCLR Team to ensure timely delivery of documents as per the contractual and operational requirements.
- Support the GRCLR Operational Team with an excellent organization of documents, minutes of meetings and document structure.
- Support the IT team for the establishment of a Document Management System.
- Capture Minutes of Meetings for key Operational Meetings and ensure transmittals in time.,
- Represent GRCLR interests in the performance of duties.
- Communicate and report progress and key issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, address issues and risks and escalate to the Operational Readiness Manager

Main accountabilities for this role are as follows:

- Ensure Operational Documentation is classified as per the Integrated Management System requirements
- Assist the Operational Readiness Manager and IMS Manager with Documentation Management Systems, SharePoint, other intranet/extranet and shared drives
- Update procedure and documentation type word documents as required
- Support the Operational Communication for large format print services and digital manipulation to communicate the best materials to GRCLR staff
- Support development of presentation materials including a variety of media including actual artwork, digital art, transparencies, photo materials
- Administrative support
- Maintain continuity of digital files to ensure naming standards, appropriate file locations, format standardisation
