An Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Project is defined as a planned and temporary endeavour allocated to the ICT & Software team with a beginning and an end and creates a specific end-result for the Parramatta Light Rail 1 Supply, Operate and Maintenance (PLR1SOM).
The ICT Test Analyst will support the ICT Project (or Work Package) by delivering excellence in testing specific to the use of new digital platforms, systems, and tools.

This role will work as part of an ICT Project (or Work Package) and be responsible for initially identifying and subsequently defining the required test cases, monitoring the test coverage, and evaluating the overall quality experienced when executing test cases. This role also involves specifying and validating any required Test Data and evaluating the outcome of the testing conducted in each testing activity cycle.
It supports the Work Package Lead or the ICT Test Co-ordinator roles in quality and testing activities, including raising quality issues and risks.

**Destination/ Roadmap**

The ICT & Software team is part of the Great River City Light Rail (GRCLR) Operations team. The Parramatta Project includes many different software and hardware components from a complex matrix of suppliers.
The ICT & Software Program is a group of related ICT projects intended (but not limited) to the Acquisition, Technical, Implementation and Support processes of all ICT and Software Systems and their interfaces. They are identified in Appendix B PLR1SOM-GLR-ALL-PM-PLN-000012 ICT (the name of the appendix) and Software Systems Management Plan (ISSMP) as being delivered by GRCLR.

These ICT Projects are managed in a coordinated way to support the Parramatta Project milestones, schedule, and outcomes.

**Missions**

**ICT Test Development and Activities**
- Execute the Testing tasks assigned.
- Support ICT & Software Program control and monitoring processes and activities in place.
- Proactively and clearly communicate quality risks and issues to the Work Package Lead, ICT Test Co-ordinator and/or IT Program Manager

- Ensure requirements are captured and available to ensure they are testable.
