**About the role**
We’re very excited to share this opportunity for a VIE assignment in our Human Resources team. In this opportunity, you will support the HR team by providing operational assistance. The role will assist in providing a seamless experience for managers, employees and potential hires during their recruitment, onboarding and offboarding experiences in addition to maintaining accurate HR data.

As part of this role, you be gain exposure to:

- Supporting various people moves across the business, including contract and letter creation and ensuring accuracy of our HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensuring compliance with immigration practices across the Australian & New Zealand market.
- Analysing employee survey data to understand our employee engagement, creating actions plans to strive for best-in-class results.
- Building a safety-first culture within our stores and support office.

**What is a VIE assignment**
A VIE assignment is an international internship opportunity through Business France which allows individual to undertake a secure professional assignment abroad for a period of 6 to 24 months. As a VIE is assignment is a formalized arrangement through Business France, to be eligible for a VIE assignment, you must meet the following criteria:

- Be aged at least 18 but not yet 29
- Be French or a European citizen.
- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country
- Have a clean criminal record.

**About you**
We are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in Human Resources and has university qualifications in Human Resources or a similar relevant field. Your keen attention to detail, strong organization skills and client focused mindset will help you be successful in this role. Experience working in a Retail, Hospitality or FMCG environment would also be advantageous to help you have a good understand of our business.
