Join us for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the Australia-Asia business landscape As Program Coordinator at Asialink Business, you’ll play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative programs that build Australia’s Asia capability. You'll engage with diverse stakeholders from business, government, and industry, while contributing to the planning and execution of high impact initiatives. This role offers you the chance to develop your project management skills and gain invaluable insights into Australia's strategic engagement with Asia — from large-scale national programs designed to engage business audiences and drive trade and investment with Asia, to product launches, activations, and high-profile events.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Coordinate End-to-End Program Delivery**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to support the curation, planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse programs and events across various formats.
- **Engage with High-Level Stakeholders**:Liaise with high-profile speakers, participants, clients and partners from business, government, and industry bodies.
- **Manage Logistics and Communications**:Oversee program logistics, develop communications materials, and maintain accurate records and databases.
- **Support Team Operations**:Drive continuous improvement, assist with reporting and budgeting requirements, and ensure smooth execution of program and organisational processes.

You are a proactive and organised professional with experience in program coordination and stakeholder engagement, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
**You may also**:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent experience and training.
- Have demonstrated experience in coordinating public programs and events across various formats.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project and event management platforms.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly as part of a high-performing team.
