**Your next career opportunity**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing the smooth operation of the Neuroscience PhD Program, including workshops, seminars, and mentoring initiatives.
- Developing a strategic plan with the Program Director and Deans to ensure program growth and sustainability.
- Keeping the program’s webpage and online resources up to date, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Reporting on program progress to key stakeholders, including the Academic Board, Graduate Research Office, and supervising departments.

- Have experience delivering or participating in PhD or postgraduate programs.
- Be familiar with the University’s Learning Management System (LMS) and website maintenance.
- Have experience designing surveys, analysing student feedback, and implementing program enhancements.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and university systems, with strong organisational and time management skills.
