Facilities Manager, Short term contract. ASAP Start
**Your new company**
Client is major professional services business. They are currently managing a portfolio of building's in Brisbane's CBD. Which are mostly commercial buildings and some smaller retail facilities As result of some leave they need to engage an experienced Senior FM or Facilities Manager to hold the fort for a few weeks.

**Your new role**
Role is traditional facilities manager for asset owners representative. Involves managing all the hard and soft service contractors working within the tenancy as well as being responsible for any reactive repairs and maintenance that need to be managed. The role also requires some liaison with tenancies over issues including any capital works.
