Leading service provider looking for a Facilities Assistant.
**Your new company**
Leading provider of management and hospitality services to venues and events. The company operates the iconic Accor stadium and CommBank Stadium and you will be reporting to their Facilities Manager, supporting the Asset Management Team.
**Your new role**
As the Facilities Administration Assistant, it is required from you to be a flexible, highly organised team player with strong administrative skills and general knowledge of asset maintenance. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to manage internal and external relationships and expectations.
The key responsibilities of the position are:
- First point of contact of all Facilities related issues and enquiries.
- Operate the Asset Management Desk.
- General administrative duties.
- Undertake building inspections pre and post event functions.
- Provide administrative support to the Asset Management Team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience working in office/corporate environment. You will need excellent communication and administrative skills, and good understanding of occupational health, safety and environmental requirements.
**What you'll get in return**
- Great working environment.
- Full time hours.
- Monday to Friday work.
- $65k-$70k + Super
