Facilities Coordinator - temporary role for a leading property and financial organisation - good hourly rate

This large well-known corporation based in Brisbane's is looking to bring onboard a warm, polished and professional Facilities Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. This company is a leader in their field and a highly-recognisable corporation with a lot of history behind them and great opportunity to develop. You will be working on-site for a leading financial institution.
**Your new role**
As the Facilities Coordinator, your new position will include duties such as:
- Reporting directly to your Facilities Manager.
- Helping oversee the day-to-day operation of their assets and buildings
- Undertaking administrative duties. Supporting employee meetings/events.
- Log and track all PPM Requests and manage work orders
- Liaise and communicate with any contractors
- Insuring supplies are replenished
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience working with Facilities Support and coordination, ideally from a corporate environment. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively
**What you'll get in return**
This is a two-month temporary assignment initially with the possibility that it could extend. You will be paid an hourly rate of $40 - 44 per hour + super, and will work out of a beautiful office at Brisbane South Bank area, close to all public transport links.
