Sydney Water have partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the P4S program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.
D4C is a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We will provide long term employment opportunities to diversify the skills of the people of the southern region of Sydney as well as creating pathways to enter the water industry.
D4C is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join their expanding team to deliver excellence in water projects across the Southern Region.
What this role will entail?
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will manage the delivery of FM maintenance duties for the assigned properties and be the key point of contact for site stakeholders. Responsibilities will include site budgets and financial control, facilities asset operation/maintenance and work order management, contractor service delivery & supply chain management, in line with HSEQ policies and processes.
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be leading a program of works and joining at the start of a 10-year project. Your day-to-day tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Support team members in their understanding of procedures, legislation and obligations as applicable.
- Coordinate with scheduling team to successfully assign maintenance work orders to internal blue collar and contractor teams.
- Ensure successful attendance to reactive maintenance works within the KPI response time, following the Escalation Procedure for incident management.
- Liaise and coordinate with all external parties and relevant statutory authorities and manage their attendance on site as necessary.
- Provide support advice to project teams on FM procedures and processes.
- Manage and update site FM asset data, including capturing new and updating existing assets with correct life cycle and condition data.
- Align maintenance job plans to asset types to allow correct work order schedules to be issued to workforce and contractors.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Maintenance, Engineering or Management
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Trade background in Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Similar role
- WHS Cert IV
- Trainer & Assessor Cert IV
- Proven skills in analysing data, identifying problems, and preparing response strategies.
