Due to our growth and recent rebranding, we are excited to be expanding and have an opportunity for an Asset Manager / Property Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow their career to join our ambitious and committed team. Bursting with variety this role will require you to be customer service focused on our internal and external client. Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful applicant will have the ability to _work_ as an enthusiastic team member with like-minded people.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Systems orientated with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised with time management skills and proven ability to prioritise
- Real Estate experience is essential
- Must hold a Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent qualification)
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient skills with using online technologies
- Outstanding customer service
- Act professionally and ethically always
- Decision making and problem-solving skills

**THE ROLE**:
Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Landlord & Tenant Liaison
- Maintenance
- In/Outgoings
- Routines
- Open for inspections
- Data entry
- Client communication
- Ad-hoc duties as directed
