Crew Supervisor

Must be a Permanent Australian Resident with no work restrictions.

- Flexibility regarding working hours, as overtime and out-of-hours/weekend is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage the distribution of furniture at small and large-scale events, and Staged Properties.

Effectively manage a team of Full-Time and Casual crew members on-site, ensuring their safety and promoting efficiency.

Deliver and maintain high-quality work, ensuring attention to detail and meeting the company's standards.

Engage in general warehousing activities, including preparing outgoing stock, loading and unloading vehicles, and delivering equipment as required.

**Licenses & Experience**:
Highly desirable: Medium Rigid Driver's License or higher, along with a safe driving history.

Desirable: Forklift ticket, Construction Induction (White Card), and First Aid certification.

Experience in the events industry of any kind is considered a plus.

Pay: From $31.73 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
