**ICT Manager**

We're looking for someone who can..
- Plan, develop, implement and maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for the organisation with a strong customer service focus;
- Be the point of contact for escalation of remote technical support and problem resolution;
- Manage external ICT contractors;
- Project management of ICT projects, including ICT grants and software implementation;
- Maintain records of software licences and ICT assets;
- Manage and provide direction to ICT and administration staff;
- Manage and report on allocation of ICT budget; and
- Report to senior staff on ICT operations as required.

If you not only have qualifications in IT, but also have..
- Passion for delivering great ICT customer service.
- Microsoft certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Exchange server, Citrix and Sharepoint.
- IT engineer experience with technical and advanced computer skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A meticulous, methodical, and patient nature with a logical mind
- Enthusiasm to be continually learning and to work in accordance with the organisation’s vision spirit, code of ethics, policies and procedures
