Acting in a strategic position, this role is accountable for the **Perth Meto & Southwest** region, overseeing the operations at multiple branches, upholding company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance and ensuring ability to grow revenue and profitability in due course.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

- _ Safety: _Leading with strong safety values, drive leading safety behaviours and participation rates to encourage risk awareness of the teams.
- _ Engagement: _Lead and inspire the operational team and branch network to develop and deliver continuous improvement strategies
- _ Customer Service: _Aligned with our customer service principles, put our customers at the centre of everything we do delivering differentiated customer experiences.
- _ Financial Performance: _Mentor and guide the operational teams to ensure achievement of financial targets.
- _ Asset Performance: _Optimise utilisation of asset fleet through labour and maintenance efficiencies, with supporting strategies to deliver benchmark R&M spend performance

**What you’ll bring to the role**

A commitment to customer service through proactive communication, transport efficiencies, fleet allocation and a collaborative branch network will ensure the regions ability to grow. Developing a close relationship with the sales, service and transport teams is critical to this role.

- Ability to inspire and motivate your team
- Proven ability to make decisions supported by analytical thinking

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
