This is a rare opportunity for an Administration Coordinator to join one of Australia's leading diagnostic imaging providers.
With full training and ongoing support provided you will have the opportunity to make a real difference and be part of a business going through transformation. As Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for recruitment and performance of all administration staff, implementing a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services, developing and coordinating the delivery of training and development framework for administration staff, management of Medicare compliance and audit processes, promoting a positive organisational culture demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required
**Skills & Qualities**
- Extensive leadership experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
- Intermediate/advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
- Demonstrated experience within medical imaging will be highly regarded
