We have a position available for a passionate and experienced Marketing Executive to join our fun and collaborative team at West HQ.

**This exciting role will be responsible for**:

- Planning, implementing and measuring Theatre, Accommodation, and Conferencing & Events marketing campaigns to drive measurable outcomes including impact on sales and revenue
- Theatre, Accommodation, and Conferencing & Events content creation to support campaigns and Theatre performances
- Campaign reporting and analysis including business impacts such as turn over, revenue and sales activities
- Supporting the GM Theatre, with the creation and roll out of Theatre hirer marketing plans including Ticketek marketing plans and supporting the GM Hotel integrating sales campaigns into the Accor marketing plan
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to build out and deliver the Theatre social media strategy and co-ordination of owned assets such as newsletters and digital screens
- Support the Conferencing & Events team by developing the sales pipeline targeting both new and existing clients through lead generation and opportunity management to drive sales outcomes

**What do you need to be considered?**
- Experience in campaign planning, management and measurement including the owned and paid channels and how to best optimise them
- Analytical and reporting abilities to understand campaign impacts on commercial outcomes
- Management of multiple digital assets across web, social media and eDMs
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and experience working with digital agencies
- Experience in managing multiple digital projects, stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience in developing high quality, relevant and engaging content in-line with the overall brand strategy
