As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, an opportunity has become available for a **Marketing Coordinator **to support our **Community Solutions Group (CSG) **marketing team.

**A little bit about the role**:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key support for the CSG Marketing team assisting with the coordination of planned marketing events and helping to keep the team organised; assisting with coordinating ad hoc marketing requests aligned to wider content, brand, digital and marketing. Other tasks include:

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and implement the CSG annual event calendar
- Coordinating and delivering all marketing requirements for events, managing inputs from all stakeholders so events are planned and delivered on-time
- Assisting with all requirements for signage, managing inputs from all stakeholders and working closely with vendors
- Collaborating with the wider marketing and CSG team, coordinating all ad hoc
marketing requests, aligned to wider content, brand, digital and marketin
- Supporting social media management, enabling customer engagement and growth of our social networks

**What will you bring**:

- 2+ years’ experience in similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline including Marketing or Communications.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery tactical marketing activities
- Previous experience successfully planning and scheduling a range of events in a customer centric or commercial environment
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office suite, and the ability to prepare high quality promotional material and reports
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
- You enjoy working as part of a team; we’re all about teamwork
