About the role
Passionate about providing quality technology support? Come join our Service Delivery team as they play a critical role in the day-to-day function of all at LXRP.
Reporting into the Team Leader, IT Projects & Services, the Hardware Support Agent's focus will be on the set-up and support of end-user compute for all teams across LXRP. You have the opportunity to provide vital front-line business support and collaborate with industry experts in the IT space.
Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):

- Liaising with management to ensure adequate stock levels are managed and maintained.
- Leading the imaging, deployment, and support of end-user devices - eg. Laptops, mobile phones, tablets, etc
- Updating the Asset Management database to maintain accurate records of LXRP assets.
- Build meaningful relationships with relevant internal teams, CeniTex and other ICT providers to ensure clear and construction lines of communication.

The Hardware Support Agent position is a full time, 3-year fixed term position, paying between $72,751 to $88,336 + superannuation. This role is based full time on site located in the CBD.
About you
We are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering quality IT hardware support and consistent customer care. You will provide an outstanding customer experience when liaising with our internal and external stakeholders. You MUST be confident in your ability to communicate clearly, build meaningful relationships and navigate through challenging situations. Experience in resolving hardware trouble shooting issues related to laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile phones is essential to the role.

**Let's get technical You will have experience with**:

- Supporting Windows 10 and O365
- Imaging devices such as laptops and tablets
- Liaising with external vendors on maintenance agreements
- Experience with an ITIL compliant ticketing system (Eg.Jira)Sound knowledge of ITIL processes.
