**SUITED TO**
You could be a Talent Specialist managing volume recruitment and compliance who wants more opportunity to refine your business partnering skills. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication, confidence and a demonstrated ability to build rapport with ease.

You will also:

- Be able to demonstrate your experience managing high volume accounts or roles.
- Have at least 3-4 years experience as a Talent or Recruitment professional, preferably with excellent tenure in your roles.
- Have knowledge and demonstrated experience executing compliance checking.
- Advantageous: experience in the not-for-profit, Aged Care, Disability, Employment or Youth Services.
