**About the Company**:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for this global role. This is a role to work within a collaborative team where you can work on a regional portfolio that will keep you engaged and challenged. You will contribute by having extensive communication and relationship building skills and be able to adapt to the changing needs of the business on any given day. **About the Role**:
Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, your role will involve managing ongoing recruitment of high volumes for (grad and intern hiring) Globally as well as thinking outside the box when it comes to solutions and strategies for sourcing.

Other duties include:

- End to end recruitment
- Completing pre-employment checks such as references and organising medical testing
- Ensuring processes are followed and recruitment documentation is completed
- You will be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment, juggling competing priorities and demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring a small team
- Ideally have 5 + years experience in managing white collar recruitment across technical and IT disciplines
- Experience utilising recruitment software and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
