**About the Role**

This position provides business support to the People & Culture department to ensure internal processes and procedures are integrated and information available to the organisation is current and coordinated.

The key objectives are to:

- Meeting coordination for all departmental working groups
- Minutes, agendas and action logs and business support of those working groups as required
- Department invoicing and management of expense
- Department reporting
- Function support - preparing presentations

**Skills & Experience**:

- Advanced administrative, operational and organisational skills - Well
- developed written and oral communication skills
- Advanced PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and excel
- Ability to operate corporate business systems and relevant databases
- Ability to draft reports, promotional material and presentations.
