**About the Role**
- Provide Executive support for the CEO and follow up on issues and concerns on behalf of the CEO.
- Develop systems and processes in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation to improve ways of working creating service excellence.
- Manage the Corporate Executive Office providing leadership and support to a highly skilled executive administration team who provide support to the CEO, Executive Leadership team, Mayor and Councillors.
- Lead initiatives on behalf of the CEO, working independently on projects from conception to completion.
- Provide leadership and support to a highly skilled executive administration team to strengthen Council’s reputation in the handling of complex and sensitive matters.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and demonstrated relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise
- Substantial knowledge of and experience in providing dedicated high-level professional executive administrative support to a Chief Executive Officer, Mayor or similar executive level position within a complex organisation
- Excellent and leading customer service delivery representing executive leaders within a service organization
