You will support one of our successful Shopping Centre Management teams, based in Toowoomba.

This is a fantastic chance to utilise your customer service, administration and finance skills, and an amazing opportunity to further shape your career with a leading global real estate organisation.

A snapshot of the role.
Overall responsibility for financial management, reporting, lease administration, audits, data integrity and accounts payable/ receivable

Legal knowledge and compliance

Managing tenancy schedule, rent roll, and all sundry charges with the Centre Manager

Undertake debt collection and complete debt report

Leadership of the Administration Assistant, providing appropriate training and support

Management of all administration functions

Daily liaison with retailers and on-site contractors

Oversee the customer service desk including public liability compliance, annual sales certificate tracking, management of lost property, conducting emergency evacuations and completing all OH&S and training.

What are we looking for?

You will be able to demonstrate exposure managing similar responsibilities in a fast-paced environment (ideally gained in an agile and professional services environment, property being advantageous but not essential) holding admin/ financial management experience.

You will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to prioritise work and you thrive in a dynamic team environment yet can also work autonomously.

You genuinely enjoy working with people and have the perfect blend of personality and ability. Combining this with your administrative skills, and your keen interest in learning all there is about the property industry will ensure you triumph in this role
