**Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and provide input into budget development.
- Develop and update performance reporting metrics and systems.
- Undertake financial tracking and reporting to ensure client service delivery within agreed budgets and service agreements.
- Monitor and report upon the performance of all activity contained within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Assess or propose sustainability initiatives, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance and monitor or track sustainability indicators, relating to environment, procurement, HR, etc.
- Monitor and report on the accuracy of data within the CMMS.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators.
- Prepare monthly and required performance reports per the KPI regime.
- Assist in tendering, tender review and the adjustment of maintenance subcontracts.
- Assist Operational Managers with the provision of performance data.
- Collate and report on the submission of Subcontractor service documents.
- Administer the collection and collation of contract and performance data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in subcontracts and/or facilities management industries, preferably in a related outsourcing services environment.
- Strong background in Contract Administration, reporting and database management.
- The ability to understand, analyse, interpret and report on property/facility and financial information and trends, with experience in the development, analysis and reporting of complex KPI's.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerised Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS).
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in property, Commerce, Business or similar discipline
- A problem solving ability to think ‘on the run’.
- Confidence to take independent decisions but with judgement to take advice when required.
