Are you a Collections Officer with some experience looking for your next career step? We have an exciting opportunity for you to utilize your collections skills while assisting our affiliated law practice. Join Probe Group as we seek passionate and experienced collections officers to handle high level accounts.
As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, negotiating with customers regarding their outstanding debt, and liaising with clients to obtain instructions when necessary. You will also assist the legal team with administration tasks, gaining valuable knowledge of the legal process of debt collection in Australia.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Receive inbound and/or place outbound calls- Negotiate, discuss and collect on outstanding amounts owed to our client.- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant solicitor- Ensure all matters are actioned regularly and in a timely manner- Liaise with clients to obtain instructions as and when necessary- Preparation of reports to clients- This is a Hybrid role - Initial training will be on site.
