**The Opportunity**
- Based in Adelaide covering multiple industrial sites for a key client account; Charter Hall
- This opportunity is part-time, 4 days per week
- Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the assets
- Develop & implement technical services strategy across the portfolio
- Complete performance reviews and succession planning for all direct reports and manage performanceMaintain and be fully conversant with all Australia Standards specifications related to engineering and operations service delivery**Here are some of the benefits we offer at CBRE**:

**About you**:

- Extensive hard services Facilities management experience (industrial assets beneficial)
- Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.
- Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleaguesExcellent people and team management skills**Can we inspire you to join us?**
