I have a vacancy for an experienced Technical Facilities Manger in Adelaide.

I am currently working with a South Australian Employer of choice to engage a Technical Facilities Manager that is experienced across maintenance & operational functions. Looking for an immediate start, this temporary role may lead to permanency for the successful applicant.

**Your new role**

Working as part of a broader property and FM team, you will be responsible for all preventative and reactive maintenance activities for a range of commercial assets and fixed plant and equipment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Preparation and implementation of maintenance schedules
- Ensuring compliance with all budgets set for maintenance and FM functions
- Coordinate and oversee building services contractors and monitor costs and quality
- Inspection of facility faults and rectifications as required
- Monitoring the compliance of all WHS requirements to staff and contractors across the FM function.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience within a building services, maintenance, or FM role
- The ability to prioritise and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Experience working across a portfolio of commercial building (retail and commercial) and fixed plant assets.
- The proven ability to quickly adapt and flourish in a tight-knit team environment
