We are looking for a **Facilities Coordinator**with a strong financial background to oversee the management and coordination of day-to-day operations for our facilities in **Adelaide.**The role involves ensuring the efficient and effective operation of building systems and services while managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, including service contracts, procurement, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure the facility’s optimal performance.
- Ensure the effective delivery of services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance, within established budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of projects, including office relocations, renovations, and equipment installation.
- Provide proactive support for health and safety initiatives, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness planning.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of relevant building codes, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (financial reporting skills)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience in managing facilities in a corporate or commercial setting is highly desirable.
