The Executive Assistant will support the Construction Director and occasional support to the managers direct reports. In this highly rewarding and varied role, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Coordinating all meetings, travel, events, and engagements effectively
- Prepare, collate, and coordinate period reports, board papers and correspondence
- Developing relationships with the key stakeholders in the business and collaborate cross functionally to move initiatives forward
- Work closely with the direct reports of the Manager to obtain information and ensure timely resolution of requests

You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia’s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Be a confident and professional communicator
- Strong planning and organising capabilities
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS office skills
- Experience in the residential construction industry will be highly regarded
