Perched on the corner of Norwest Boulevard, our spacious 4,651 sqm Norwest club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the Hills District. Inside you'll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club-V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post-workout.

Your gig:

• You'll plan and prepare work schedules and assign crew members to specific duties
• You'll provide leadership, coaching and motivate crew members
• You'll maintain appropriate stock levels through ordering, receiving and rotation processes.
• You'll execute sales promotion activities and direct merchandise displays
• You'll monitor expenditure of all costs within the store ensuring budgets are adhered to
• You'll recruit and interview all general crew and cashiers in line with Kauai recruitment processes
• You'll ensure all store staff are trained and supported in assigned areas and implement correct training procedures to be followed in store
• You'll identify and address any gaps/concerns through store audits
• You'll assist the Store Manager in daily banking
• You'll always find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.

All about you:

• You have 6+ months experience in a similar role
• You are a problem solver and are able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• You can manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs and solicitor customer feedback to improve service
• You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can connect with anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're authentic when you express yourself. People trust you.
• You are driven. You're perceptive, you ask questions and you strive to understand. You enjoy solving problems. You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to skilfully handle feedback and complaints.
