**The role of the eCommerce Coordinator is to support the ECCO NZ digital department to ensure successful digital execution to drive growth in conversion, revenue and social media presence.**

**About the role**:
The role of the eCommerce Coordinator is to support the ECCO NZ digital department to ensure successful digital execution to drive growth in conversion, revenue and social media presence.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Website:

- Full responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the ECCO NZ website including, creation and upload of banners, regular site audits and pricing checks.
- Regularly upload new products to the site and merchandise site for best UX.
- Set up of any online promotional activity, coupon codes and terms & conditions.
- Work with external agency on Google Ads and Social Media campaigns and monitor and regularly report on performance.
- Additional activities to drive database growth.
- eDM A/B testing.
- Reporting and monitoring of trends, growth and changes in subscriber interest.

**General eCommerce:

- Reporting - Utilise Google Analytics, PowerBI and CRM data to prepare reports and provide insights to drive conversion and monitor trends.
- Affiiiate marketing - Work with affiliate partners and ecommerce team to manage existing and build new affiliate relationships.
- General graphic assistance - resizing of imagery for banners and digital content.

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- 2+ years’ experience working on an eCommerce website.
- Flexible approach to work as well as a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Experience working with third party platforms and partnerships.
- Experience with working on Meta and customer engagement.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills required.
- A positive and engaging communication style
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
