**About the Role**
Supporting 2 Executives, you will be managing and coordinating the daily requirements of both executives to ensure smooth operations of their functions. You will act as the first point of contact between the executives and internal & external colleagues, clients and stakeholders

**Your Duties**
- Extensive diary management
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Manage all correspondence in a sensitive and confidential way
- Liaise with clients and customers to ensure the administrative requirements of the MD and Business Manager are managed smoothly
- Managing and protecting the MD’s time and efficiency by confidently navigating many stakeholders and demands
- Relieve and support other senior leaders as needed to ensure a collaborate approach of office management
- Be a key member of the office team. Actively collaborate and interface with the business and the office
- Act in a way that is professional and collaborative with other colleagues

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting Senior Leaders
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt, be flexible and meet competing deadlines
- High level of confidentiality, professional discretion and resilience
- Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders, internal & external and build relationships
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve
- A self-starting, motivated and passionate individual who takes initiative and can pre-empt “what’s next”
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in minute taking essential
- A genuine interest in the business - working as a true “Business Partner”
