**The Company**

Our client is a market leader in their industry, delivering quality bakery products to the large retail supermarkets. Due to planned business growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Administration Assistant to join the busy HR team.

**The Role**
This is a very ‘hands on’ position in a small but proactive team so you will be heavily involved in the administration for HR and Payroll
- Scanning of employee documents
- Organising Medical Appointments
- Compiling new Employee packs
- Data entry
- Working with HR on their compliance requirements
- Supporting various HR projects

**What do we need from you?**
- A genuine passion for administration and people
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- 2 + years’ experience in an administrative position
- Ideally a strong interest or some study in Human Resources
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including Mail Merge
- The ability to assess situations quickly, prioritise and escalate when appropriate
- Highly organised and a positive attitude
