HR Advisor

We are searching for a HR Generalist to continue to strengthen the business partnership provided by our HR team. Reporting into the HR Manager, this position will support the delivery of the ANZ regional strategy as well as working in collaboration with the global HR team in delivering significant improvement projects. This role will be dynamic and the opportunity to create change and make a difference in how we support our team members is ready for the taking.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to partner with all functions in delivering accountabilities across the Hire to Retire lifecycle such as:

- End to End Recruitment for both Operational and Professional positions - seeking out the best talent for our business
- Coordination and support of our Onboarding and Induction program - ensuring our newest team members have the best start to their career at GALE Pacific
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and team members - making recommendations for opportunities or actions to help develop and drive the growth of our team
- Coordination of tasks associated with our Performance Management Cycle and Salary Review processes
- Facilitating Learning & Development content and supporting Employee Engagement Survey and Action Planning
- Development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures that compliment our Values and enhance our Company’s culture and ways of working
- Contribute and lead HR projects, both in region and in collaboration with the global HR team - contributing to the ongoing development of our HR function
- HR general support and administration such as reporting, document control and audit contribution
- Relevant Tertiary qualification and/or previous proven experience in a HR generalist role(s)
- Experience working with operational teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Recruitment expertise, understanding how to attract and actively search the market
- Experience in using a HRIS with design, testing and implementation (desirable)
- Ability to interpret legislation, policy and action accordingly
- Attention to detail and excellent prioritisation skills
- Continuous improvement approach to work with self-motivation
- Positive attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite
