**Program and Change Manager** with a strong background in Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success
The role will report to the Head of Continuous Improvement (CI) and will be based in Kmart’s National Office in Mulgrave. The role will however include frequent travel to our Distribution Centre (DC) in Truganina in addition to other DC’s as and when required.

**Program and Change Manager** working for Kmart, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic programs of work to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence as outlined in Kmart's Strategy.
- Daily program management throughout the life cycle of projects whilst consistently monitoring capability and resource levels.
- Develop an Innovation framework that delivers fast experimentation with robust criteria and metrics for evaluating cases for scaling potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute value capture projects with a significant return on initiatives
- Lead a multidisciplinary team composed of 3 CI Program Leads.
- Lead and influence continuous improvement and innovation teams, via coaching and hands on participation in projects
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and improve overall supply chain performance
- Drive change management initiatives to support the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies
**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
- Six Sigma, Lean, and/or Project Management certification desired (Green Belt, Kaizen, TPS, PRINCE, PMP)
- 7-10 years or prior experience preferably in leading the implementation of emerging technology projects in large organisations (i.e. Operations, Manufacturing or Supply Chain)
- Experience leading multimillion dollar cost savings and innovation initiatives
- A proven track record of leading successful strategic projects and transformation initiatives
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- High level of skills in data analysis, Smartsheet and Power BI.
